DC Flowers.JPG

Engaging all senses to enhance understanding of self and others. Providing exceptional, compassionate service to my customers internationally. I am Cynthia Bryant, a relationship builder and award-winning speaker. I deliver my message on empathy and sensory mindfulness—engaging all senses to enhance understanding of self and others—to domestic and international audiences.

With 25+ years of legal experience, I am a certified mediator from the Harvard Negotiation Institute, a CliftonStrengths coach, and CDP credentialled. I enlighten leaders and organizations with my one-on-one counseling and thought-provoking training workshops on the art of practicing empathy.

MY STORY

I believe people should stop judging each other based on generalizations and assumptions. As a mediator and coach, I have witnessed these disparities. The gap between us as individuals is widening and groups are polarizing.  I have judged and have been judged, and it serves no purpose.  Empathy is essential to close this divide.
